**ATE Tester Role Summary**

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an ATE tester.

• As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for creating manufacturing test flows & methodologies for ASIC/SoC to meet customer & quality requirements.

• You will also work with cross-functional R&D teams to finalize manufacturing test requirements for each test phase including pass/fail criteria for a given product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Test Flows and Methodologies:
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with R&D teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring seamless product migration from R&D to High Volume Manufacturing Phase.
  • Drive Product Yield and Quality Improvement:
  • Monitor product yield, test time, and DPPM, providing technical solutions for yield improvement, TTR, and DPPM reduction.
  • Represent the Product Engineering Function:
  • Act as a liaison between Product Engineering and other functions, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Define Product DFT and Test Requirements:
  • Establish and maintain product DFT and test requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Execute design-of-experiments with process window corner lot to establish spec compliance of each product across full wafer-fab process window.

• Execute qualification cycles for Si & package to automotive, industrial, & commercial standards.

• Develop and maintain expertise in one or more ATE platforms, including Teradyne ETS800 / ETS88 / ETS364 / Advantest V93K, T2K.
