Job Title: Data Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Intelligence Specialist to generate and manage reports, analyze data, and create insights that drive business decisions.

This role requires strong expertise in MS Excel, experience working with ATS data, and a passion for reporting and analytics. If you have a talent for extracting valuable insights from large datasets and communicating them effectively, we want to hear from you.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
  • Analyze recruitment performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Develop dashboards and summaries to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data-driven operations

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, or analytics
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards)
  • Experience working with ATS data and recruitment KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
