We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dashboard reporting to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced dashboards using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).
  • Manage and maintain complex data streams, including data mapping and normalisation.
  • Utilise pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations to tell a compelling story around marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience in building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
