Enterprise Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Governance Specialist to lead and manage our organization's data governance initiatives. This critical role requires expertise in data governance, including strategy development, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and industry trends. They will be responsible for designing and implementing data governance frameworks, developing and maintaining data quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Design and maintain data quality standards, including data validation, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business users to define and enforce data governance policies.
  • Implement and monitor data quality rules, lineage, and metadata management.
  • Provide training and support to business and technical users on data governance best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in data governance, promoting data governance maturity within the organization.
