We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our organization in the role of Sr. Operations Executive – GRC.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, with hands-on experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.

  1. Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules.
  2. Perform DevOps activities, including code deployments across environments.
  3. Develop and implement fixes for production defects.
  4. Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
  5. Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis.
  6. Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability.
  7. Support audits and compliance reporting.
  8. Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches.
  9. Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  10. Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
  • ServiceNow CSA.
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals.
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution.
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
