Job Title: SAP GRC Security Specialist

SAP GRC Security Specialist will lead key security initiatives to protect our company's assets. They will be responsible for implementing and overseeing SAP HANA and Fiori Security, ensuring secure access and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP GRC Risk Management activities, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk mitigation, and governance reporting
  • Manage SAP ECC Security User Management, including role configuration, provisioning, and administration
  • Implement and oversee SAP HANA and Fiori Security to ensure secure access and system integration
  • Manage end-to-end role implementation and rollouts across SAP environments
  • Define and manage program scope, quality, and schedules to align with business security requirements
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising senior leadership on SAP security best practices and compliance
  • Recommend and implement business performance improvements through security optimization
  • Coordinate project management activities, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and lead the security team to improve efficiency
  • Review and enhance SAP security policies, workflows, and compliance frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM)
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Authorization Security, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and User Provisioning
  • Deep understanding of SoD checks, risk analysis, and compliance reporting
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC Security administration and role configuration
  • Experience with SAP HANA Security and Fiori role design and access management
  • Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and team leadership skills
