Expertise in SAP Security/IAM is a highly sought-after skillset, and we are on the hunt for a seasoned professional to spearhead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP Identity Management (IDM), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning service (IPS).

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in SAP Security/IAM, with a strong background in SAP IAS (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, federation). This includes hands-on expertise in designing and developing Identity and Access Management strategies to meet business requirements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IAM solutions with other systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing SAP IDM, IAS, and IPS solutions for various clients
  • Designing and developing Identity and Access Management strategies to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IAM solutions with other systems
  • Developing and maintaining SOPs for Identity and Access Management processes

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of SAP Security/IAM experience with at least 3+ years in IAS/IPS
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IAS (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, federation)
  • Practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications
  • Deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts – subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, trust setup
  • Experience with corporate identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) integration

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning
  • Knowledge of certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models
  • Experience in BTP multi-tenant and service-to-service authentication setups
  • Familiarity with authorization concepts in S/4HANA Cloud and BTP services
