SAP GRC Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC Governance Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of our SAP GRC solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP GRC solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement role-based access control in SAP and SAP S/4HANA to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.\
  • Configure and manage Access Control Rules, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Role Management, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).\
  • Develop and configure governance frameworks and reporting solutions to monitor risks, controls, and compliance activities within SAP.\
  • Lead the integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC) and non-SAP systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data for risk and compliance management.\
  • Identify areas of improvement in the GRC landscape and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, security, and compliance management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations and configuration, including SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and related modules.\
  • Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and SAP Business Role Management (BRM).\
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration with GRC.\
  • Expertise in SoD Analysis, Mitigation Controls, Audit Trails, and compliance management.
