Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Trading Operations Specialist to oversee the end-to-end testing activities for applications within the Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems.

  • This role involves ensuring functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration of trading systems.
  • The ideal candidate will understand functional requirements of Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives trading, risk management, and settlement modules.
  • Responsibilities include preparing test plans and estimations, managing design, documentation, and execution of test cases, allocating testers, managing defects and bug reporting, and coordinating with delivery teams.
  • The successful candidate will participate in Exchange Mock Trading and Market Simulation Activities for both Cash and Derivatives segments.
  • Additionally, they will monitor process implementation as per defined SOP and exchange regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a B.Tech / B.E. (Preferred) / MCA / M.Sc. – IT degree with a good academic record and 2-3 years of experience managing testing activities in the BFSI domain.

Candidates with strong knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices, and methodologies for high-availability, low-latency trading systems will be preferred.
