About This Role

Nielsen's Corporate Platforms organization is seeking a Global SAP S4 BRIM senior consultant to work on SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems. This role will involve translating requirements provided by stakeholders and providing tasks and guidance to developers and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM with specific responsibilities of Convergent Mediation as a techno functional consultant.
  • Experience in working on various databases for collection of data, automated rating and charging, campaign management and system integrations with other BRIM modules.
  • Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM with external applications, using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Customize SAP BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of project deliverables.
  • Exposure to Data Migration and to automated testing tools is a must.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM CM.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM CM aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM CM system to enhance performance and user experience.

About You

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Convergent Mediation and experience working with upstream systems and downstream reporting or analytics systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
