**About the Role:**

Nielsen is seeking a skilled Senior SAP S4 BRIM Consultant to join its Corporate Platforms organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems.

**Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM, focusing on Convergent Charging (CC) from a technical-functional perspective.
  • Develop and implement solutions to integrate SAP BRIM CC with external applications, using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP BRIM system.
  • Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business needs, developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience.

**Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in SAP S4 BRIM CC module, including Master Data, Cross Catalog mapping, Charge Plans, and integrations with Convergent Mediation, Convergent Invoicing, and Subscription Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of upstream systems/modules and downstream reporting/analytics systems.
  • At least 2 lifecycle projects from Blueprinting to Go-live, with multiple years of production support facilitating year-end activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills applied in a fast-paced environment.
