Nielsen's Corporate Platforms organization is seeking a seasoned SAP S4 BRIM senior consultant to work on SAP S4 BRIM environments and related systems. This individual will be responsible for translating stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks and providing guidance to developers and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM, with a focus on Convergent Mediation (CM) as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Experience in working with various databases for collecting data, automated rating and charging, campaign management, and system integrations with other BRIM modules.
  • Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM with external applications using direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements, with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Customize SAP BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements, developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the globe and manage resources from multiple vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Exposure to data migration and automated testing tools is essential.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM CM.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM CM aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM CM system to enhance performance and user experience.
