Organizational Development and Learning Program Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our Organizational Development team.
This role will play a critical part in scaling our Learning and Development (L&D) function to meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills and experience in delivering engaging learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement impactful learning programs aligned with our organizational goals.
- Act as the secondary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning opportunities across various levels and functions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create high-quality learning content and resources.
- Utilize learning management systems and technology platforms to manage course logistics and track learner progress.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and contribute to the enhancement of existing training programs.
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, and organizational development roles.
