Job Title: E-plan Tool Administrator

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain the ePlan tool environment for electrical design workflows.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management systems, preferably Windchill, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • They will be responsible for setting up the eplan connector to Windchill, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining tool configurations and libraries.
  • The administrator will also support and maintain other electrical design tools such as Altium Designer, WSCAD, and Zuken, ensuring compatibility with other engineering systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential for this role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required, along with 6+ years of experience administering electrical design tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the ePlan tool environment for electrical design workflows.
  • Setup of eplan connector to Windchill.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues.
  • Support & Maintenance of Other Electrical Design Tools (Altium Designer, WSCAD, Zuken).
  • Maintain tool configurations and libraries.
  • Ensure compatibility with other engineering systems.
  • Provide ongoing support for electrical design and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tool alignment with project needs.
