Electrical Systems Engineer

We are a cutting-edge organization based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR, pioneering the development of next-generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) to meet future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces.

Our mission is to enhance persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. Our product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

About the Role:
  • Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities.
  • Define architecture, system and component-level requirements.
  • Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products.
  • Ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements.
  • Conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews.
  • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification. Prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control,MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation.
  • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
