Job Overview

This senior software development position oversees the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.

  • As a key member of our technology team, you will define, design, build, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users.
  • You will effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilizing your deep technical expertise, you will represent software development engineering in overall project management by specifying and driving progress toward development activities, milestones, and timelines.
  • This role independently builds software solutions, solves complex problems, and displays innovation when delivering projects and/or products.
  • Additionally, you will model a growth mindset by mentoring and guiding software development engineer team members in growing their skillsets and continuously learning and curious approach.
About You
  • .Net , Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP ,Architecture ), 11+ years exp
  • Plays a crucial role in planning, designing, developing and testing software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products
  • Writes code that establishes and enhances coding specifications, typically for software programs and systems that have little or no precedent.
  • Delivers high-quality software features on time, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.
  • Works on diverse scope problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Owns a functional area. Breaks down large requests into sub-tasks, gives higher-level status updates. Writes test plans
