As a senior software development manager, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle.

About the Role:
  • You will lead a team of skilled developers in designing and implementing scalable React applications using TypeScript.
  • Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain and optimize existing software systems for improved performance and scalability.
  • Implement efficient data fetching and state management using React Query.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and robustness.
  • Design and execute end-to-end testing scenarios using tools like playwright.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in code quality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across different browsers and devices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with React Query or similar data-fetching libraries.
  • Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as Playwright.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git, GitLab.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
