Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead to oversee the development of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development and team leadership.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Led and managed teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within budget and timeline constraints;
  • Developed and implemented effective migration strategies for large-scale projects;
  • Conducted code reviews and ensured adherence to coding standards;
  • Maintained expertise in full stack development, including Core Java, Hibernate, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/Ext JS, databases (SQL or MongoDB), functional and non-functional requirements, DevOps pipeline set-up, Jenkins and GIT Lab;
  • Utilized Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Version One;
  • Fostered innovation and contributed to the development of scalable and efficient software solutions;
  • Engaged and influenced project stakeholders, including customers and onshore teams;
  • Actively participated in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Iteration Retrospectives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years of experience in full stack development;
  • A proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions;
  • Experience in managing migrations and conducting code reviews for large-scale projects;
  • Expertise in full stack development, including Core Java, Hibernate, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/Ext JS, databases (SQL or MongoDB), functional and non-functional requirements, DevOps pipeline set-up, Jenkins and GIT Lab;
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Version One;
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within the SAFe framework.
