Job Title: macOS Configuration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled macOS configuration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our enterprise-level Mac environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy corporate Mac OS images and software packages to Mac laptop and desktop clients
  • Administrating JAMF and create packages for applications to deploy on systems across the globe
  • Evaluate and test new Mac OS & architect future solutions for deploying Mac configuration to new & existing Mac
  • Create and maintain technical knowledge base documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, good analytical and communication skills, familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms, and knowledge of network security systems and data backup.

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Experience using the JAMF tools (Recon, Composer, Remote, Admin)
  • Knowledge of MAC OS Imaging process using JAMF
  • Experience in creating scripts and package for MAC OS
  • MAC file system, encryption, and remote assistance tools
  • Symantec Endpoint Encryption & Security Suite on Mac computers
  • Enterprise ready macOS image development & security
