Product Configuration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Configuration Specialist to lead and manage complex configurations for our internal products. This is a key role in ensuring seamless functionality and support for various configurations.
">- Loyalty Program Configurations:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing loyalty programs, tiered programs, and partnered program setups. They should possess a deep understanding of API concepts and be able to analyze and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure all configurations align with business and client needs.
">- BRD Analysis:
Candidates must be able to collaborate closely with project managers and clients to gather and clarify detailed requirements for configuration tasks, providing guidance and recommendations.
">- Requirement Gathering Communication:
A successful Product Configuration Specialist will also lead and oversee the testing and validation of configurations, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with best practices before the go-live phase.
">- Testing and Quality Assurance:
In addition, they will need to understand wrapping complex APIs into internal products and provide mentorship and guidance to junior configuration specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work output.
">- Mentorship Leadership:

">Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have the following skills and qualifications:
">- Extensive experience in managing complex configurations for internal products
Candidates must also possess advanced knowledge of API concepts, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.
">- Advanced understanding of API concepts
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
">- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/BE/B.Tech, Information Technology, or a related field
The ideal candidate will also have 2-3 years of experience in a configuration role and experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Loyalty Cloud, and loyalty program industries.
