Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our core banking systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations within the Banking or Financial Services industry, with a focus on Fiserv core banking systems. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with business users and team members.

The successful candidate will have experience in configuring and maintaining the Tran and Time products, as well as their offerings. They should also have a good understanding of cycle banking product, transaction codes, and automated renewal functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure changes for different mods based on vendor suggestions.
  • Update product mods for scheduled interest rates changes.
  • Design new products.

Requirements and Skills:

Key Qualifications
  • At least 4 to 6 years of Financial Services industry experience in a business operations area.
  • Work experience in IBM AS400 green screen interface.
  • Expertise in writing SQL scripts in DB2 database.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Fiserv core banking applications - Signature.
