Network Infrastructure Specialist L2

About the Job:

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will provide direct remote support to consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore. This role is crucial for the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative with future rollouts planned across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform end-to-end router configuration from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
