Job Title:

Technical Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

You will provide direct remote technical support for consultants and local IT teams in various locations. This role is critical to the successful deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout planned across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform end-to-end network configuration (from unboxing to deployment).
  • Troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi equipment and similar devices.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live technical calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document technical workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years in Technical Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise network devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through network configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with enterprise network devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
