Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure correct grooming standards and maintain impeccable outlet appearance
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, including financial management and inventory control
  • Monitor and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly financial targets, contributing to their achievement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of HACCP and FIFO compliance
  • Handle financial procedures in accordance with guidelines set by the finance department
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, upsell products, and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive team environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues across divisions to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced luxury property
  • Proven knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar management
  • Excellent computer literacy, with previous use and mastery of point-of-sale systems
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Service-focused personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills
