Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to provide strategic legal counsel on complex commercial, contractual and compliance matters. The role involves ensuring regulatory adherence and supporting business operations with risk-mitigated solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes contracts, master services agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements.
  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory affairs.
  • Support business teams in client negotiations and enable seamless deal closures.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection, IT laws, and international regulations.
  • Manage legal risks and proactively provide strategic advice to leadership.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Support in drafting policies, processes, and compliance frameworks for global operations.
  • Conduct internal training and awareness sessions on compliance and legal best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations.
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
