Job Title: Legal Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

This is a key role that will require strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support the company's operations and growth.

  • Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
  • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Consultancy Agreements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  2. Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  3. Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: LLB from a recognized university (mandatory).
  • Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
