We are a leading corporate law firm seeking a skilled and ambitious lawyer to join our international team. The ideal candidate we seek is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with exposure to high-quality legal work and ongoing training.

The role involves supporting our corporate team on US law-related projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Fund Formation and Representation, and specialized International Commercial work.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Providing expert advice on complex legal issues and developing solutions that meet client needs

Working effectively as part of a collaborative team to deliver results under tight deadlines

Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth and success

The successful candidate will be an Advocate in India with at least 1 year PQE, an LLB or equivalent degree from a reputable national law school, and previous experience with a top-tier corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity or General Corporate practice.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong drafting and writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
