Job Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team at Covenant Consultants. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Location: Our team is based in the Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, and we are open to considering candidates from across the region.

Position Type: This is a full-time position that offers regular working hours with flexibility during peak business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and digital channels.
  2. Engage with clients: Build relationships with clients to cross-sell and up-sell our NBFC products, including insurance and lending services.
  3. Achieve sales targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records, and follow up on potential leads.

Requirements:

  1. Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  2. Experience: A preferred background in sales, telemarketing, insurance, or lending, with previous experience in NBFCs or similar financial services a significant advantage.
  3. Skills: Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:

  1. Regular full-time hours: With flexibility during peak business needs.
  2. Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays are working days; Sundays off.
