  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management, and implement them in our business.

  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and a consistent brand experience.

  10. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform product development and service improvements.
