Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
Develop and implement targeted promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention.
Utilize customer data to identify new leads and potential customers, and develop strategies to acquire and retain them.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management, and implement them in our business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and a consistent brand experience.
