**Job Overview**
">The Transfer Agency Operational Process Associate role is responsible for handling the creation of client accounts, account maintenance, document control, and process client trade instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
">The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on behalf of clients in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) in place for our UK and Lux funds. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely while adhering to industry standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Process operational tasks assigned in line with our service level agreements.
- Effectively communicate and report operational risks and errors to business partners and management.
- Understand the importance of managing risk and ensure procedures are updated and followed thus minimising operational risk across the team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
">To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, good logical thinking, and analytical skills.
