Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shift operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Administer associates effectively, allocating tasks and monitoring productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality workstations.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
