We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client engagement strategy, fostering strong partnerships with key enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, executive-level discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned solutions and meet client objectives.
  • Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to drive business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement in products and services, translating client feedback into actionable changes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.
