Job Title: Field Service Professional

The role of the successful candidate is to maintain a portfolio of elevator and escalator units by prioritizing passenger and technical stakeholder safety.

  • Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits within your designated territory.
  • Manage a portfolio of elevators within your defined geographical area, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Respond proactively and efficiently to fix any breakdowns, aiming for first-time resolution.
  • Perform minor repairs to achieve uninterrupted operation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building effective working relationships with customers while on-site.
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Possess relevant qualifications for maintenance mechanics in India.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (as required in your country).
  • Have at least X months of experience in the elevator sector (subject to local regulations).
  • Demonstrate good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • Be committed to prioritizing safety above all else.
  • Comfortable communicating with others and able to work independently or as part of a team.
