Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of functional consultants in delivering cutting-edge IFS solutions to our clients. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for aligning the IFS application with our clients' business processes, configuring the software to meet their specific needs, and providing training and support to our team members.

On a typical day, you will work closely with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand their business needs and operational processes. You will then translate this information into functional solutions using the capabilities of IFS. Your expertise will also be required to configure the IFS application to meet the specific business needs of our clients.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in IFS upgrades, both minor and major, as well as IFS releases patches following/updating documented procedures. Additionally, you will provide guidance on functional solutions, workarounds, and make credible functional recommendations and estimates based on client needs/project requirements.



Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Functional Consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud
  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space
  • Expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations
  • Practical experience of having gone through at least 2 IFS implementations
