The Technical Content Manager will contribute to our next-generation Cloud Ready products, collaborating with colleagues to define requirements, design, and build software solutions.

Main responsibilities include proofreading, reviewing, editing, and maintaining high-quality documentation for user guides and online help.

Delegation of team submissions and conceptualizing technical content are also essential tasks.

Requirements:

  • 12-18 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 4 years as an Editor
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them understandable
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Graduation from a reputed university

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience or background in technological areas like databases, web technologies, networking, or programming
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Experience with authoring tools like MadCap Flare and screen-capturing tools
  • Version Control and Content Management Systems for documentation
