Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Specialist to drive our organizational transformation by optimizing business processes and enhancing efficiency. This pivotal role will spearhead the adoption of lean practices, process standardization, and best-in-class implementation across manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Lead the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes and improve product quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track improvements and measure process efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cost Reduction: Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) drivers.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Benchmarking: Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to water purifier manufacturing and service models.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive initiatives to reduce rework, scrap, and warranty costs.
  • Training and Development: Build organizational capability in Lean/Process Excellence through training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ownership.
