Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee our Business Support Team in North America. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage resources efficiently, and deliver exceptional results.

Process Management:

  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks according to business priorities and optimize team performance.
  • Analyze technical processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, client satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to ensure effective controls are in place.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with onshore teams to resolve escalations and drive projects forward.

Resource Planning:

  • Forecast resource requirements to meet business demands.
  • Manage resource allocation effectively during peaks and troughs in the business cycle.
  • Establish contingency plans for critical resources to minimize downtime.

People Management/Development:

  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, conducting regular progress reviews.
  • Cultivate individual growth and development through coaching and mentorship.
  • Evaluate competency levels to ensure team members possess the necessary expertise to contribute to business success.
  • Proactively identify performance gaps, create action plans, and coach team members to improve their performance.
  • Facilitate 1-1 meetings and team discussions in line with Operational Engagement Framework.
  • Monitor and address attrition and absenteeism within the team.
