Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the daily operations of the team, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of quality. The candidate will provide leadership, mentorship, and support, coordinate with various departments, and ensure effective communication among team members. The Team Lead will also evaluate team performance, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning to drive project success.

  • Experience of 3 years in AI, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Cloud services)
  • Knowledge of Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
  • Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management Systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • Database knowledge (SQL basics).
