Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transition Management Office Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end transition solutions, customizing and sizing transition plans for various requests while following our transition framework, tools, and accelerators.

The Transition Management Office Professional will participate in internal reviews, create transition-related content, and provide inputs for transition execution based on our cost and effort models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Transition Managers in management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program
  • Monitor progress of transition plans and associated tasks against transition schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures
  • Work with cross-functional track leads for successful program execution
  • Support tracking program-level issues with delivery teams and client stakeholders
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance transition frameworks, accelerators, libraries, tools, and templates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate good project management skills and experience working on at least one application transition project
  • Logical mindset and ability to learn
  • Experience with Office Suites (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Collaborative mindset and develop amicable working relationships with teams
  • Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Ideal Candidate:
  • Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 year of transition experience
  • Educational Qualifications – MBA
  • Scrum/Agile/PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma certification (good to have)
