Senior Project Manager Role Summary

Project Management

Inviting applications for a Senior Project Manager position in the field of SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in full life cycle SAP implementation, we seek an individual to oversee the seamless migration from our current ERP system.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership

Lead a cross-functional team of SAP consultants, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to execute the transition plan effectively. Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and address concerns throughout the transition process.

  • Establish clear lines of communication and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns. Develop and implement strategies to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement throughout the transition process.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain open communication channels.
Change Management

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of SAP across the organization. Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to facilitate a successful transition to SAP.

  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to use SAP effectively.
Quality Assurance

Establish quality control processes to monitor data integrity, system performance, and overall project success. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, milestones, and outcomes.

  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Support

Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to facilitate a successful transition to SAP. Interface with external vendors and service providers to leverage their expertise and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Provide ongoing support to end-users to address any questions or concerns they may have.
