End-to-End Transition Specialist

This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days of office work per week. As an End-to-End Transition Specialist, you will manage transitions to Global Commercial Centers from various regions and businesses or lead projects for new process/technology implementation.

  • Create comprehensive transition/project plans and maintain complete documentation to capture process performance and success criteria
  • Provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on transition/project journey, highlighting risks/issues/challenges timely
  • Follow organization's transition/project methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines, and quality
  • Own, govern, and enhance transition/project methodology as required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive transitions, projects, and change across the organization
  • High stakeholder management with onshore and offshore teams throughout transition stages
  • Act as a guide and support 'lite' transitions managed within business functions
  • Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for GCC
What You'll Achieve:
  • Manage transition opportunities to create new roles and service offerings for GCC
  • Take accountability for transitions/projects end-to-end, completing them on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Graduation/post-graduation degree
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations/transitions, program management, and change management
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA from a premier business school
  • End-to-end experience leading transitions/transformational initiatives
  • Domain knowledge in the Insurance space
