About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the technology foundation for our company. This role requires strong AWS expertise to establish scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications.
  • Architect scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  • Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentor & guide a growing team of developers (3–7 members initially).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy & security (HIPAA-ready, GDPR-friendly).
Required Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications : 
  • React Native React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
  • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Microservices architecture design.
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk.
  • CORRECTING THE TEXT TO MINIMIZE 7000 TOKENS AND ADJUSTING WHILE MAXIMIZING INTEREST IN THE ROLE... REMOVED SOME TEXT OF A SIDE THAT DIDNT ADD ENOUGH VALUE.
