Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize remote and on-site IT infrastructure to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer service commitments and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues, leveraging both remote and on-premise expertise as needed.
  • Represent the organization professionally and positively with clients.

This position requires

  • 5+ years of experience in administering, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet), switches, and heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based backup solutions, email systems (O365, GSuite), and MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
  • Self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A CCNA or equivalent network experience and MSCE or equivalent server experience are desired.
