Senior Production Artist Role

The position of Senior Production Artist is a critical component of our organization, responsible for driving growth through innovative leadership and mentoring.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Artist to join our team. As a senior member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior artists, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, studio artists, clients, and QA personnel to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of print and digital products.

  • Provide guidance and support to direct reports and other team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of print processes and methods, with the ability to articulate their requirements effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in areas of expertise.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and methods to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Production Artist in a fast-paced studio or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet software.
  • Highly skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop production across print and digital deliverables.
