Design Lead

As a key member of our lifecycle marketing services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and sustainable business growth through world-class creative output.

  • Maintain profitability while ensuring high-quality design services that meet client standards.
  • Deliver consistently high-end marketing assets that meet brand requirements.
  • Enhance client retention by guaranteeing design excellence, responsiveness, and alignment with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and pitching relevant design-related enhancements.

Responsibilities include leading the design services function, establishing quality benchmarks and review processes, overseeing and mentoring a team of designers, collaborating with client strategy and account teams, implementing quality control measures, managing resources, and acting as a senior client-facing leader.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets, experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency, business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and growth targets, and excellent communication and client management skills.
