Job Title: Sr. Operations Executive – GRC

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and compliance of our ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in administering and configuring ServiceNow modules, including GRC, will be crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Administration: Administer and configure ServiceNow platform including GRC modules.
  • DevOps Activities: Perform DevOps activities, including code deployments across environments.
  • Defect Resolution: Develop and implement fixes for production defects.
  • Integration Management: Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis.
  • User Role Management: Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability.
  • Audit Support: Support audits and compliance reporting.
  • Platform Upgrades: Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches.
  • Operational Efficiency: Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks.
Required Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Administration Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • GRC Module Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Certifications: Certifications (Mandatory): ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Support and Maintenance: Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution.
  • Code Deployment: Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Governance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
