Job Title: Chief Design Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RTL Design Engineer to join our cutting-edge Interface Controller IP development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supporting the Register-Transfer Level (RTL) of our PCIe/CXL/IDE/UALink IP solution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and support the RTL of our PCIe/CXL/IDE/UALink IP solution, ensuring high-quality and reliability in complex protocol implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with existing RTL, add new features, and ensure various customer configurations are clean for verification regressions.
  • Support customers and ensure design is clean for LINT and CDC design guidelines, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI Engineering with 8-16 years of experience as a design and verification engineer.
  • Core RTL Design experience using Verilog, with a strong foundation in digital logic and circuit design.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog and UVM-based environments, including debugging and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in complex protocol implementation, such as PCIe/CXL/IDE, with prior knowledge in IP development teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Scripting knowledge, with expertise in languages like Python or Perl.
