">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Act as our client's primary architectural liaison, maintaining seamless day-to-day contact for all projects.">
  • Oversee comprehensive technical service delivery across entire project duration, ensuring exceptional outcomes.">
  • Lead strategic design team meetings, producing detailed minutes that reflect meticulous attention to detail.">
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor in-depth project design programs.">
  • Communicate resource requirements to Account managers and Associates.">
  • Responsible for creating, updating, and managing all project-related financials and resourcing data in our internal project management software throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Control System.">
  • Monitor financial performance, reporting back to account manager or responsible associate while raising any issues that may impact agreed-upon fees.">
  • Facilitate contract administration processes and guarantee compliance from our clients.">
  • Lead, motivate, support, and manage teams, demonstrating an ability to unlock the best from each member.">
  • Mentor, encourage, and contribute to individual career development.">
  • Embody company values within the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.">
  • Align teams with organizational policies and procedures, consistently meeting high standards.">
  • Review, approve, and manage holiday requests, expenses, time off in lieu (TOIL).">

  • Participate in junior staff recruitment and employee inductions.">
  • Undertake employee reviews, supporting training, development, and growth of individuals.">
  • Ensure safety and well-being of the team.">
">Qualifications & Skill Set:">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).">
  • Registered Architect in India.">
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, showcasing project leadership across various work stages.">
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).">
  • Experience in large-scale projects spanning sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.">
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.">
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken English).">
  • Ability to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.">
  • Valid passport holder, available for required training and travel to UK/Europe.">
