Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to spearhead our architectural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing design development, ensuring project documentation is accurate and completed on time, and guiding the quality of work throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Design: Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for various types of projects in coordination with internal departments and consultants.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and finalize project specifications, working drawings, and details within stipulated timeframes.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work against specifications and working drawings.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of architects and draughtsmen to ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design Excellence: Possess excellent design skills and knowledge of development control regulations, EC, IGBC, etc.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and consultants.
  • Teamwork: Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Drawing and Documentation: Strong skills in drawing and documentation.
