Architectural Visionary:

You will take charge of conceptualizing and executing design solutions, showcasing expertise in leading the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled architect with 8-10 years of experience in design-focused roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading design-thinking initiatives and infusing creativity into architectural projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Oversee the development of comprehensive design concepts, ensuring integration of artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Innovative Design Thinking: Lead teams to surpass traditional drafting methods by demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Planning and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute complex design projects while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
